With Brand Guardian, collaborators have access to an exclusive and fully-operative communication channel between themselves and the brand department, where they can make requests or seek approval for any materials or use of the brand (a creative piece, symbol or booklet).
Simple and exclusive diaogue
Then, on the wall of the control page, you will be able to see all the responses you have received, validate them if necessary or start a conversation with the collaborator to discuss an issue and/or request changes right up until the pieces' final approval date. You can even start a private chat with other collaborators in your team if you need a second opinion or further validation. It can all be done using this tool.
